   We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to refuse, suspend, modify or terminate the information services we provide to you through the Site.

In this connection, you will be requested to accept those specific conditions applicable to that particular service. In case of inconsistency between those terms and this Agreement, this Agreement will prevail.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark (excluding any rules governing choice of laws) and any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement will take place at the courts of Søborg.
